Description - Approximately 7 years ago I started needle felting and am the
originator of the needle felt hat forms. It has been delightful to see
how it has allowed so many others to fling open the door of their own
creative gifts using these wonderful forms.
Of recent however, I've been doing a lot of needle to wet felting. Since my passion is for hat making I needed a larger form to do the folds and twists and turns that were in my mind. I've used it for about a year now, and am now presenting it to you. This forms for fine wool fibers, merino, cormo, merino silks, that kind of thing. Course wools will not shrink as much as the softer wools, so be aware that this was made with the softer fibers in mind.
However, in vessel making, I've found that any fiber will do very well with this form. This form is for a needle to wet felt technique, and would recommend this form to those who are skilled in wet felting. It is just so much fun to work with. This forms is also wonderful for making large bucket-type bags.

Peace to you,
